Shipping policy

We are doing our best to make the product reach you as soon as possible.
Additionally, all items are subject to a handling period before they are send out. This includes order verification, payment processing and verification, quality control and packaging. Most of the orders leave the warehouse within 2-5 days after payment.
Please be patient with shipping schedules, normal delivery times to the United States range from 8 to 15 days after the item has been send out from our warehouse.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status on our website page [ Tracking page ]. Please allow 2-4 days for tracking information to become available.
You will receive information about your order at any stage of the shipping path and we will let you know about any changes regard your order.
We cannot guarantee the delivery timeframe if the post office has any unexpected delays due to holiday, weather, customs, or other conditions. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.
Please double check your order details to make sure your shipping address is correct. If you need to change your address after having placed an order, please contact us immediately at ledstix@gmail.com. We cannot change your shipping details or cancel your order after having dispatched your items. If a parcel is returned because of a wrong address, you will be required to pay additional shipping charges.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
LEDSTIX Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
